• Exclusive for Families & Couples – Only families and couples are allowed. Groups of only boys are not permitted.
• Pool Usage Rules – Pool timing is from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Morning pool access is not allowed. No drinks or hookah are permitted in the pool area.
• Music Restrictions – Outdoor music is allowed only until 9:00 PM to maintain a peaceful environment.
• Kitchen & Gas Charges – Kitchen cleaning charges: ₹500 per night. If using gas, an additional charge of ₹300 per day applies.
• Refundable Security Deposit – A ₹3,000 refundable deposit is mandatory at check-in
• Non-Refundable Advance Payment – Once booked, the advance payment is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
• ID Verification – Two original ID cards are required at check-in.
• No Pets Allowed – To maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests, pets are not allowed.
